Larger items, such as furniture, incur a delivery fee of AED 100, free on orders above AED 600, and typically arrive within 2-10 days. For an elevated experience, Muji’s White Glove Delivery service includes home delivery, unpacking, and assembly of larger items. Additionally, Muji offers a convenient Click & Collect option, allowing customers to order online and pick up items from their selected store within 2–4 days.
Muji Return & Refund Policy
Muji UAE will accept returns and give refunds, both in-store and online, within 15 days from receipt of delivery, provided such products remain in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Small products can be returned to any store of Muji, while large items-for example, furniture booked through customer service for pick-up. However, products like underwear, swimwear, and made-to-order personalized items are not returnable. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Muji EGift Card
With Muji UAE, one can buy and top up the eGift card. A customer can use an eGift Card after the purchase in-store and online. The minimum amount for topping up is AED 5; topping up an active card extends its validity for another 3 months. Refunds go back to the card if the purchase was made by using an eGift card. In instances of combination payment methods, such as credit card and eGift, any remainder will be returned accordingly.
