About Vans 

Vans, the legendary shoe and lifestyle label, was established in 1966 in Anaheim, California, by Paul Van Doren, Gordon Lee, James Van Doren, and Serge D'Elia. The "Authentic" shoe was the company's first product, and it became an instant hit among skateboarders and a symbol of the new subculture that was developing around it. Vans introduced the "Era" model, which included padded collars and a new color scheme, in the 1970s in response to the needs of skaters. Vans Return & Refund Policy

Vans UAE has a 30-day return policy for most items, allowing in-store and online returns as long as the products are in new unused condition with the original packaging. Custom-made items such as those with embroidery or uploaded images are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. For purchases made using gift cards, refunds are provided in the form of a new gift card.
