SquatWolf Returns & Refund Policy

SQUATWOLF accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery or purchase, provided items are unused, unworn, and have all original tags; hygiene-related items like underwear, masks, socks, bottles, and shakers are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, with cash-on-delivery orders refunded as online credit, and restocking fees may apply depending on the location. Returns must include the invoice and return label, are limited to one request per order, and are handled at SQUATWOLF's discretion, with cross-channel returns (online vs. retail) not permitted.

PACKVIP is SQUATWOLF’s loyalty program that rewards members with exclusive discounts, gifts, and early access to sales based on their spending and engagement. Members earn points through purchases, reviews, referrals, and social media interactions, and can redeem these points for discounts ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on their membership tier (Omega, Delta, Beta, or Alpha). Points expire if no purchase is made within a calendar year, and members are notified before expiration.
