Oud Milano provides free delivery on orders over AED 150 and if your order amount is less than SAR 150, then a delivery fee of SAR 25 will be charged. Order will be delivered in 5 working days. For COD orders, the additional cost of SAR 15 will be charged. 

Oud Milano Refund & Return Policy

Oud Milano UAE allows returns within 14 days of receipt if items are in their original condition and packaging. Customers must contact customer service to initiate a return, and shipping costs for returns are generally the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed after the returned items are inspected and approved. Order cancellations must be done before shipping, and refunds are processed once items are returned to the warehouse​.
