You can get free delivery on orders above AED 50 at Sporter and below this amount, an AED 10 shipping fee will be charged. Express Same-day delivery is available for extra charges of AED 15 and orders placed between 12 AM -11 AM. Standard delivery is the next day and Cash on delivery charges are AED 10. 

Sporter Return & Refund Policy 

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unused condition with a valid proof of purchase. A return fee of AED 30 applies for non-defective returns, and refunds for COD purchases will be issued as store credit, while online payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Items like wearable technology, swimwear, and personal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and any returned items not in their original condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
