Free shipping is available for orders over AED 50. There is no minimum order value required to benefit from their delivery service, making it accessible for all orders regardless of size. However, If your order amount is below AED 50 then a delivery fee of AED 10 will be charged. Order delivery time is 1 hour, but if you order after 10 PM then you will receive it the next day. 

Nahdi Return & Refund Policy

Nahdi allows returns or exchanges within 7 to 14 days if items are in their original unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds are processed after inspection to the original payment method. Certain products like medications and personal care items are excluded for health reasons.
