To qualify for a return or exchange, all items, including promotional gifts, must be returned in their original packaging with labels attached, and they must be unaltered, unused, undamaged, and clean. Returns for full-priced and sale items must be initiated within 7 days of purchase, while exchanges can be made within 14 days for sale items and 30 days for full-priced items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, but underwear, swimwear, and cosmetic items are excluded from the return or exchange policy.
