L'Occitane UAE has a clear return and refund policy. They do not allow returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons unless the product is deemed faulty. If a product is considered faulty customers are eligible for a refund, exchange or repair. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and if paid via cash on delivery the refund is processed through a bank transfer. Returns for non-faulty items are not accepted.
