Faces Delivery Info
Faces UAE provides a range of delivery options to suit your needs. For orders above AED 499, express delivery is free, while a delivery fee of AED 15 applies to orders below that amount. Standard delivery is free for orders over AED 299, with a nominal fee of AED 10 for smaller purchases. For Dubai customers, express delivery within 24 hours is available, and you can enjoy same-day delivery in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Sharjah for orders placed before noon. Additionally, in Dubai, orders placed between 10 AM and 8 PM qualify for 4-hour delivery. For other cities, delivery typically takes 2–4 days. Cash on delivery is also available for an additional AED 15 fee.
Faces Return & Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting their customer service. However, returns are only applicable for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method such as a credit or debit card after the returned items are inspected. Items bought on sale or promotions are not eligible for returns, and makeup and skincare products cannot be returned once opened. For damaged products due to manufacturing defects, a return may be accepted.
