Home Box Delivery Info

Home Box standard delivery time is 2-3 business days and it's free for orders over AED 299 and below this amount AED 9 charges will be applied. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for orders before 12:00 PM and AED 9 shipping charges will be applied.  Scheduled Furniture delivery is free for orders over AED 999 and below this, AED 49 will be charged. Click and Collect is also available for Home Box. Cash on deliver order charges will be AED 10. 

Home Box Return & Refund Policy 

Home Box UAE offers returns in three methods: online, in-store, or through pickup. You can log in to your account and request a return online, where the courier will collect the product. Refunds take up to 4–15 days, depending on the payment method: You can return your products, along with the invoice, to any Home Box store except furniture items or scheduled delivery products. The refund will be provided either in cash, credit note, or to your original mode of payment/credit card used at the time of purchase. You can also call customer service and arrange for a pickup; the rest of the return process would remain the same according to the timelines. Some items, such as mattresses or products that have been assembled, are not eligible for return.

Home Box Gift card

Shukran Gift Cards can be bought from Home Box UAE for online and in-store usage. The gift cards, once purchased, are neither returnable nor refundable. Usually, the gift cards are valid for a certain time, generally mentioned on the card or confirmation email. This gift card entitles the holder to purchase any products from Home Box, giving them the flexibility with which to choose one of the wide variety offerings of home furnishings and accessories.
