Ounass UAE offers free delivery on orders over AED 500. You can get express delivery in just 2 hours by paying AED 50. Same-day delivery charges are AED 35 and next-day delivery charges are AED 25 on orders below AED 500. All furniture items will be delivered free the next day. 

Ounass Return & Refund Policy 

Customers can return and exchange the items for free within 30 days of purchase. You can request the return through the Ounass app or website. You will find the return air waybill (AWB)  inside your box, and you have to put all order information for return to the item. After the return request, the delivery rider will collect the order and after 2–3 days you will receive a confirmation email. You will get the refund in the original payment method. For credit/debit card users, it will take 5-14 working days to process the refund, cash on delivery orders will be refunded in 1 day as store credit, buy now pay later customers will get the refund in 5 days. If you want to return the gift items, then you have to contact Ounass customer service. 

Ounass Price Match 

You can now get your favorite item at the best price from Ounass. Price match is only available for identical items (Brand, Color, model). You have to provide proof that a competitor site in the UAE has the lowest price. The item should be a full-price product, but if it goes on sale at Ounass, you will get it at a sale price. The product must be in stock at the competitor site, and it should be AED currency. Ounass only allows a price match for the item that has been purchased from Ounass and a price match can be claimed within 30 days. After the price difference is provided, the item can not be returned. Ounass will provide you with a coupon code for price match that will be valid for 6 months. You can contact customer service for a price match request.
