Jumbo Electronics offers free four-hour express delivery on orders over AED 1000. If you order is below AED 1000 then AED 49 will be charged for express delivery.  Standard delivery is free on orders over AED 200 and below this amount, AED 15 shipping fee will be charged. Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. You can also avail Click and Collect or Curbside Collect services. 

Jumbo Electronics Return & Refund Policy 

Jumbo Electronics' return window time is 7 days, and you will receive the refund in your bank account or as a Jumbo gift voucher for COD orders. Please note that All Accessories, Software, Movie/Music/Gaming titles, Cartridges & Toners, Watches, and Personal Care Products can not be returned or refunded.

Jumbo Salama is a protection plan by Jumbo Electronics that covers product defects and physical damage for up to two years. It offers repair services and replacements, with customers paying 10% of the invoice value in the first year and 20% in the second if the product is beyond repair. The plan covers accidental damage but excludes cosmetic wear, improper use, and certain other exclusions.
