Cartlow deliver across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and their typical delivery time frame is 1-3 working days. Free delivery is available on orders over AED 200. Cartlow’s return policy allows customers to return products within 10 days of receipt if they are in their original unused condition and packaging. Refunds for products paid via credit or debit card will be processed back to the original card, while refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will be credited to the customer’s Cartlow wallet, which can then be transferred to a bank account. If a return is initiated for reasons like changing your mind or disliking the product, shipping costs for the return will apply. Non-returnable items include used personal care products, hygiene products and certain grocery items.
