In cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing products or where the quality is poor, customers can contact IGP within 48 hours for hand-delivered items (such as flowers and cakes) or within 10 days for couriered products. They are required to provide a photo of the product to initiate a replacement, refund, or gift voucher. Refunds are processed within 24 hours. However, refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
