You can request a refund of any remaining credit in your Du Prepaid wallet if you cancel your du prepaid line, switch to du Postpaid, or move between consumer and enterprise accounts. The refund must be requested within 90 days and will be transferred to a bank account in the same name as the phone account, excluding any promotional or bonus credit. Refunds may take up to a month to process. For Postpaid, if you can cancel the plan, then you will get a refund for any remaining credit or balance to your bank account. You can also request a cash refund and receive it from the nearest du outlet.
