Ski Dubai Membership

Ski Dubai offers a membership program providing exclusive benefits for frequent visitors. Memberships are available in various tiers, each offering different perks such as unlimited access, priority booking, and discounts on food and merchandise. Members receive a Ski Dubai card, which must be presented at each visit to avail the benefits. To maintain membership, annual renewals are required, and the benefits are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.

Ski Dubai Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel Ski Dubai tickets, you can receive a full refund by submitting your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the activity. Cancellations made 28 hours before the activity will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day for the activity. For ticket changes, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day modifications will incur a fee of AED 50.
