Mamas & Papas accepts credit/debit cards, Buy Now Pay Later (Tabby, Tamara), PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), Amber points, or Online Credit

Mamas & Papas Delivery info

All the furniture items will take 1-3 business to deliver and AED 200 will be charged as a shipping fee on orders below AED 2000. If your order is above AED 200, then delivery will be free. Non-Furniture delivery will be free on orders over AED 300 and below this, AED 30 will be charged. Non-furniture products will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Customers can collect click & collect items same day from the nearest store. 

Mamas & Papas Return & Refund Policy 

You can return the order within 30 days of purchase and claim the refund. You can either return to the nearest store or request the return by contacting customer service. Furthermore, you can also ship the item to all Al Tayer warehouse in Dubai. After return, you will get confirmation from Mamas & Papas customer service. You will get within 5 working days to your original payment method. 

Furniture Assembly Service

You can get the furniture and other items installed by paying a fee of AED 200. You will get the furniture assembled on the same day. For a COD order, you have to pay the full amount, including the assembly fee. If the order is returned, then the assembly fee will not be refunded.

You can go to the parenting guide section and get all the information regarding your issues. You can even complete a guide and due date calculator that will help new mothers during pregnancy. This is a great initiative by mamas&papas.ae team to help parents in their journey.
