Charles & Keith offers free standard delivery for orders over AED 900 with delivery times of 6-9 working days. If your order amount is between AED 360.01 and AED 900 then AED 145 will be charged as a shipping fee. AED 185 will be charged if your order is below AED 360. 

Charles & Keith Return & Refund Policy

Customers can return items within 30 days of receiving their order provided the items are in their original condition with tags intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. If the product received is incorrect or defective, the return shipping is free, otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
