You can free delivery on orders over AED 150 at the Carrefour UAE online store. You can either schedule delivery at your convenience and get your order within 60–90 mins through Carrefour Now. This is only valid for Grocery items. For large and other small items will take 3 to 5 days to reach your doorstep.  If you are shopping from a Carrefour store, then you can also do self-checkout by scanning the items at checkout and paying with your card yourself.
