BasharaCare provides free delivery on orders over AED 100 and on orders below AED 100, you have to pay AED 20 shipping fee. If you order between 12 Am to 9 Am then you will get same-day delivery. Orders after 10 AM will be delivered next working day. 

BasharaCare Refund & Return Policy

Customers can return the orders by contacting customer service through email or by calling them. You need to provide the pre-printed shipping label with your return order. After the order is picked, you will get a confirmation email for a refund. It will 30 days for to refund to be processed in your bank account.
